You paste a notice you received as a business seller; we keep it in a case file in the EU under the retention above, you tell us how it ended, and only anonymous counts are published. Nothing is paid and nothing is promised. Overturna never sends anything on your behalf.

Legal basis: we process the notice to provide the service you asked for on the terms you accept here (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); we derive the anonymous counts under our legitimate interest in keeping the record (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object, and ask for a copy or deletion of your file, at any time.
